This includes how you are in your relationships with friends, family, colleagues and collaborators as well as how you might behave in traditional leadership roles. You don’t have to be a boss to be a boss and we are building a world that prioritises the soft life over hustle culture anyway.

This world needs more healers, deep listeners, space holders, dreamers, visionaries, artists and world builders. We need more people steeped in their values and ready to take risks to build a life that is fair, kind and gentle.
